The C9 Series is a custom order program that allows you to select from 6 arms, 4 backs, 5 base styles, 19 finishes, and 31 pieces to create a look all your own. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and accurate specifications. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original package.
