The F9 Series is a custom order program that allows you to select from 4 arms, 4 backs, 3 welt styles and 27 pieces to create a look all your own. The program includes sofas, sectionals, sleepers, loveseats, chairs, and ottomans and some pieces available with power options. For more information, go to the home page and click on Design Options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and accurate specifications. Before shipping, all goods are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original package.
